Introducing FluentLab Johnny 5 (0.3.x)

We are glad to introduce the new FluentLab version (0.3.x)
We decide to call it with the nickname Johnny 5 like one of our most loved robot from our childhood, at least for the old members of our team.
Additionally to the features that FluentLab provides, you can see them here, in this version we included:
- A new CLI tool
- Updated Rasa NLU integration to support Rasa 2.x.x
- Routing component
At last but not least we wanted to celebrate the release with this new website!! You can check our new set of Tutorials and Examples
